From the picture its hard to get a good feel for his conformation, the color of his legs, and if there are feathers on his legs. Now your link for your picture says its a mottled cochin, but from the distance of the picture, its hard to tell.

I cant tell either, but I would guess black cochin if there are feathers on the feet.
