What am I??

I purchased this peacock a year ago. He is going on two this year. For some reason this is the only bird that was not documented by the breeder I purchased him from. I bought him for next to nothing because we didn't know how he was bred. Any ideas?

Thanks BBB.....I also noticed a little yellow in his face. I wonder if he has low % of green in him???

Yep india blue blackshoulder pattern, don't see any spalding, if fed alot of corn could cause the yellow tint in the face.
