What am I?

The Chicken on the left is oneI recently bought from a man who has waaaaay to many birds!!! He had literally hundreds of birds. I chose her because of her tail feathers. She looked as if she was being "beaten" up by other birds. The one on the right was also one I bought the sae day (rescued is more like it). I do not know wha either of them are. Any guesses?

Her isa beter picture of "Goldie"(the on to the right) My husband thinks she is a roo. But I am arguing she is a hen. I hope she is a hen anywho lol. Can u settle this argument for us lol? And ty for your info =)

In my opinion, the easiest way to tell on younger birds what the sex is, is by the feathers. Look on the cushion of the bird and the saddle and see if there are any pointed feathers. Pointed feathers would only exist on a male bird (of course if it is not a sebright - both sexes are hen feathered).

shes a brown leg horn hen. they get really big combs can you get a side shot, the tail looks a little long?

That's NOT a rooster. To put it plainly, roosters don't come in that color scheme -- it's a 100% female pattern.

I agree with the poster who said EE for the bearded one and Brown Leghorn for Goldie and both are girls.
