My husband and daughter came home with a baby "Red Brahma" today from the farm and garden spot... I see no fuzzy legs on her. Any idea if that's what she is? Also I'm concerned that her breast appears to be way to the right. She's quite lopsided. Anyone ever seen this before? And is it a concern? She's quite sweet and I'm already takin with her, although with 6 chicks already and 7 to go in the incubator, not sure we needed any additional!

Looks like she has a full crop! Make sure she doesn't look so lopsided in the morning, otherwise she might have stuffed her crop with too much food and can't digest it. Make sure to offer lots of grit and fresh water. If it stays really full, get her to drink a little olive or mineral oil.

Looks like she could be a golden something, I have no idea, but she's cute.

We found out she's a Golden Spangled Hamburg! Pretty excited to add her to our flock.
She's less stuffed today. Thanks so much for the advice HeartMoss Farm.
