what am I

I was told this is a Silver laced Wyandotte but the pictures I have seen don't match, they are all black with silver lacing.
Lacey is 4 weeks old.

She could be an Easter Egger because of the leg color.

I would have to agree with Veer. The leg color, shape and what looks like the begining of a muff suggests this could be an Easter Egger.
Here is mine at about the same age ( The funny colored one in the front)
