Looks like welsummers. I plan on doing the same, hopefully at least one of my EEgrs lays a blue egg, so I can try to breed for olive eggers. I had three roos and planned on keeping the best one. The one that looked the most like a perfect Wellie roo was also the nicest, the other two were larger and more aggressive. He is not mean at all even though he was the boss roo when I had eight different ones. I wanted to grow them out a little bigger, but when they started being mean to the hens instead of just each other, and going after my kids, it was off with their heads!
