what appears to be air cell?

ok so i asked this before but cant find the answer again :/ anyways i have some eggs that when i got them looked like they had very large air cells and now that its day 14 they seem to be going down the sides and i know that they are fine but what causes them to look like this in the first place it makes it hard to judge the actual air cell
