The rehydration instructions are pretty serious, too. If the vial is a vacuum, you may have a difficult time drawing out what you need.

That's the same one I use, the small vial has a little dried wafer in it. You take the metal band off, pop the rubber top off, then cut the wafer into fourths.

The big bottle of diluent is the only liquid, the small vial next to it is the actual vaccine and I don't know the technical term for it but it's a small white crispy pill thing.

I use sterile syringes and needles to pull the right about of diluent out and put it in a 50mL sterile vial that I purchase separately. The vaccine itself I take the 1/4 of it and dilute that with 3mL of diluent in a separate sterile container, then add that to the rest of the diluent in the 50mL sterile vial.
