What are good duck treats

I just got a new duck last weekend, not quite mature. The woman who I bought her from told me she had been handled quite a bit, but I don't buy it because she seems wild as can be and quite scared of me. Is there a treat I can feed her that would make her realize that I am her friend and not going to hurt her?

Don't forget watermelon!!! My teenage ducks fall all over each other to get to me when I have hunks of watermelon for them. They gobble it up, throwing it in the air and they eat it down to the rind! It is HILARIOUS, too. Also, any kind of lettuces or beet greens chopped fine are big hits around here. Tracey in Vermont

I've only tried peas so far, but I'm their best friend if they think I have peas. Unless a bug flies by, then I'm their best friend after they've chased down and eaten (or missed) the bug.
