What ARE my 13 week ol RIR's and Buff Orph's, hens or roosters???

I say that the buffs are definitely pullets....they look just like our girls did at that age.

At 13 weeks I say all pullets, the buffs look like my pullets and the RIR's at that age would have large combs and also saddle feathers.

At 13 weeks RIRs and BOs would look more rooish.
I would say that all are females. Except the one in the background of pic#7.

I have a 15 week RIR pullet, and they all look similar to my girl. I'm not an expert, but I'd think by 13 weeks, you'd definitely be seeing a much larger, redder comb.

I think the reds are pullets. Here are mine at 18 weeks.
