What ARE my 13 week ol RIR's and Buff Orph's, hens or roosters???

I've subscribed to this topic because I have 3 RIR's 1 of whom looks rooish to me they are almost 7 weeks old

I am new to all this, but I would think they are all pullets...nothing indicates Rooster at all to me!
