What are my mystery chickens?

I bought these from "the chicken lady" (a place I found via google.) she wasn't there only her son which knew nothing about chickens. Tried emailing her after purchase to figure out which breed they were, but I got no answer. So much for being the chicken lady. Please help! I'm pretty sure the black rooster is a java. The white one(which I'm pretty sure is a hen other than the really long tail) I have no clue what she can be.

Ok that makes a little sense since I couldn't find anything anywhere on the white one. The black one does have a green reflection to him and starting to get small white specs. You think he's definitely an egger as well? Thanks for the info!

'Maybe' on the black bird. I enlarged your pictures, and he appears to have slight muffs, and I think that his comb is pea.

Now looking at more pictures I'm thinking she could be this breed you mention. I believe this because she has a "beard" to her

Front one is not a Faverolle. Im pretty sure its an EE. The black...need a photo of it standing sideways so we can see its legs. Here is one of my Faverolles

Nope. Faverolles have 5 toes on each foot and single combs. She has 4 toes on each foot and a pea comb.
