I'm curious to find out if anyone would know what breed this chicks are and if I can get confirmation on if they are roos. Three weeks old mystery chicks that were hatched by my broody hen. I got eggs for her but was not told the breed they came from. The chipmunk came from a blue egg and the silver from a light brown egg. Both have yellow feet and barely any tail. I'm sure they're a mix bred which doesn't matter. Thanks 😊

Thanks. I'm thinking the same.
Agree.

The other two are probably cockerels as well, but it’s too soon to say for sure. The way they feather out and how they look at three weeks is sometimes accurate and sometimes not.

If they are mixed breeds, then there is no way to know what the mix is. When they are older, you might have some clues.

Are these the only 3 you got? (Bummer!) Or just the 3 that you are concerned about being boys? I hope you got some pullets too.

There's two chicks. Chipmunk pattern and silver looking one. I shared two collages of each. Thanks.
