what are my new feather footed chicks update 5/13

I would say that most are brahmas based upon the foot feathering. Cochins have completely feathered feet & legs; brahmas have feathers only on the outer edges. Of course these are feed store/hatchery quality so that is not a completely predictible trait.
 
I don't know enough to comment on the breed, but I really like how you labeled the photos on the paper towel - that will come in handy if you take progressive age pics!
 
They look like my cochin babies did. Do they have single combs or rose combs? That will answer your question, whether they're cochins or brahmas. Cochins have single combs, Brahmas don't.
