I just got my order from Ideal today and my packing peanuts (males for warmth) are feather legged, possibly Cochin? They are standard sized chicks. Two have black backs with yellow bellies and the rest range from a dark grey to a very light grey. Any idea on the colors? Here are some pics of some.

Mine came from Ideal. They told me they would pack something that I could tell easily from my group. Well my group consisted of 1 barred rock, 1 black australorp, 1 buff orpington, 2 easter eggers, 1 salmon faverolle, 1 naked neck, 1 norweigan jaerhon, 1 golden campine, and 1 exchequer leghorn. I think they had to give me them, I had to much of a variety!

Oh well I guess I'll clean out the freezer then cause I know I wont get any cochins. My order from them is for some more australorps and a few dorking pullets as I've never had any dorkins before. So I say bring on the leghorns, ee, and BO's

I've decided to keep one of the blue boys, since I didn't order any roosters. I think he'll be happy with 10 girls

Was also wondering, the two that are black I assume (black backs/yellow belly right) have pinkish legs. Then there are two that are all dark grey with grey legs (are they the blues?) and then there are seven with grey backs with yellow bellies and grey/pink mottled legs (blues too?) Thanks!
