It means they are Roosters, Hens don't get streamers

I think they are a bit young to tell but Gracie looks like "she" may be a cockerel.

I think the breeder I got them from needs to get some different birds, just about every chick I get from him turns out to be a ROOSTER!!!

they are silkies...i WOULD'NT GET ALL YOUR FEATHERS IN A BUNCH...until they are much older and neglect to lay any eggs!!

Until they crow, or lay an egg. With silkies there is no "sure"
