what are some ways to bring up the humidity levels in the bator during the hatch time? filling all my wells in my bator isnt doing the trick apparently. thanks

Try adding a sponge or damp towel.

I use new sponges cut in half if I need to raise humidity. You can use clean washcloths, socks, some add a small butter tub with alittle water in it. Bringing a humidifier into the room close to the bator helps too.
