What are Strombergs ordering policys?

Their site is very sluggish for me so I'm having a hard time finding information.
I see they have 3 chicks per breed minimum but what else? ( what's the rationale behind that? A few hatcheries do that)
Will they ship bantams and large fowl together?
What qualifies as a small order?

I think their minimum was 15, they probably don't ship both sizes together, a lot of places don't seem to do that. 3 per breed is likely because they have to set a few eggs to even make sure 1 hatches, so that way they don't have a bunch of random 1 chick breeds that they have a lot of evlxtra chicks of. Welp is the same way.
