What are teh chances my Peacocks head feathers will grow back?

Thanks Leo7, So far he has been fine with his eye, I hope that I don't have issues, I am hoping that the feathers will grow back but I am not that hopeful. I will try and take some updated Pic's this week.

I just don't see them all growing back, poor guy, My First Peacock and he is a mess, but I guess he'll be my mess for the next 20 Plus Years.
