What are the best broody hens

So if not wanting anything to do with the black meat issue bantams would be the better idea i think.

Ok I had a breeder i get dominiques from that told me the meat was too strong .
That his family tried every way in the book to cook them and couldnt find anyway to make them good.
So is this true or not.

Also in Asia they will eat a whole lot of things we wouldnt here

I have some coming just needed to know which to keep as my hens wont brood for nothing.

The eggs take up too much room in the bator wich stays full of quail lol
