you might be better off buying from eBay. just order from someone very close by you....the seller usually includes instruction but you can also research online. letting them sit for a day is very important....i have had good luck with my eBay purchases.

Don't waste your time on hatchery eggs. The quality is all over the place. Join a d'uccle FB group. Many on there will have hatching eggs for sale. You can find eggs on eBay too. Have you gone through the buy sell trade section on byc?
thank you, no i have not but i have gone throw the breeders and hatcheries section,

The sellers will have their general location in the ad. Also, look at their feedback...read the negative and neutral feedback, if it's low, alot of infertile eggs shipped feedback, damaged eggs in shipping, don't bid on their auctions, look for another seller with better or 100% feedback.

Agree that going with someone close is good. Texas is pretty big, but you can search for NPIP breeders and hatcheries here:
http://www.poultryimprovement.org/statesContent.cfm

There are 25 pages of listings for Texas, but all pages are not full.

The stock codes are listed on the left of the link. I'm not familiar with his breed, but found the stock code under Bantams (but not under regular sized breeds, which start with the letter "R"). Here is the bantam code:

Maybe you'll find some resources close to you/driveable. Good Luck.
