What are the Best meat chickens that breed true?

I got some White Rock in the bator now. Day 19 for them. I plan on getting some Cornish also. Would love to have some White Cornish but can't find them. I honestly don't care if the skin looks like the supermarket chicken. Down the road if I want to sell some, I think others would prefer they look like that? I am going to start with these and then I am going to try Buckeyes for sure. I need to win the lottery so I can build me a huge barn to house all of my chickens!

This Spring we are 'planning' on building a huge shed/small barn. Downstairs will be for the chickens and upstairs will be for storage. We are on a hill so if we walk out into the yard, we would actually step into the 2nd floor. The chickens take over the bottom part of our land. Thanks for all of your suggestions. I plan on trying several breeds, and breeding different ones together to see what I get. A little project of mine! I'll try and keep records of everything!
