You need to insert the http:// coding where you hosted your photo (like flickr or photobucket) into those brackets.

Well I screwed mine all up trying to explain it...lol Let me try again.

If you photo is hosted somewhere like photobucket you will have an image code. put that code inside these brackets.

And you should be able to post you picture.
