What are the do's and dont's for ducks in the winter?

Indo have one of the heaters, but i won't be able to fill it with a hose because we have to shut our water off to the outside of the house this time of year because pipes burst with the freezing Temps. And when the water gets dirty after a week and then having to drain it....I dont think its a possibility:/ i can bring them in the house to play in the bath a few times a week which I'm fine with .

I grew up in rural central ND and know all to well about the minus temps and Windchill and trying to keep water open for the animals. LOL

I have had to do this on the farm for calfs but not ducks lol

It's like anything else, you will have to shop around your local feed stores or may be find a better deal online?
