Well, the misspelling of the breed's name... that and the fact that Greenfire Farms is supposedly the only folks in the US with Lemon Cuckoos. I dunno, red flags just went up as I was reading the description. I wanted to get other's thoughts and to see if anyone had maybe purchased from this EBAY seller.
I'm not sure that Paul is the only one with them, might be, I'm not sure. The seller has good feedback though. The only red flag that really jumped out at me was the price. I'd have expected MUCH higher.
I got sick of ebay and all the frauds and weirdos on there and haven't bought anything on there in years. Or sold either, although I still have an account with 100% perfect feedback. Just me, but I just don't do ebay.
Maybe someone will chime in that knows this seller or has dealt with them in the past.
edited to add; I'm a pretty honest feller, but can't spell for spit. So I don't pay alot of attention to that. If I was selling something expensive, I'd most likely get somebody smarter than me to proof read it before I posted though.
I did look over their feedback and previous sells. I'm still not 100% convinced.
All of their prior photos in auctions look like imported birds, they are gorgeous. This person needs to join us on BYC so we can learn more about them and their birds!
