What are the odds....

of getting a rooster from the pullet bin when buying from a feedstore? I'm guessing that you are not guaranteed 100% to get all pullets. We currently have bought 20 chicks. 1 is going to a family member. I am worried about a few of them being roosters.

That is the garantee of sexed pullets (90% pullet) so in reality your chance of rooster is less than 10%.
Those bins sometime have sex links in them and the chance of getting roos there is 0%.
