what are the pros and cons of a mixed flock

Don't keep drakes with chicken hens, the mating will kill them. Duck hens with roosters are okay.
uh well the question is can we keep them together in a cage where they would e together in the mornings either way they will be together during the day pip was not planned he was taken in when the owner offered him free

If they are together anyway they'll be fine just be careful with your hens please

i will they have high spots the ducks cant get to but the chickens and guineas can
Ok good, hens aren't meant to have anything go in their vent so drakes can seriously injure/kill a hen by mating. I think @Overo Mare know more about mixed flocks. I don't have ducks or guineas, just speaking of what I heard

The question should be are you willing to risk the lives of your hens keeping a Drake mixed in with them. If you think yes it's worth the risk then "Yes" you can keep them together and take that risk.
If your answer is "No" it's not worth the risk then you can either build a seperate area or rehome the drake.

Ducks, guineas & Chickens can get along just fine if they have enough space. If it's a small enclosure area there may be some scuffles but if it's sleeping together then free ranging during the day they would be fine attitudewise.

they all free range during the day it would just be for at night and when we aren't home. we have a separate enclosure but its easier to keep them together and use that for quarentine
