What are the symptoms of failure to thrive?

I have a 3 week old chick that I'm concerned about and I think it might be failure to thrive. I've searched on here and tried to Google, but can't find a list of symptoms for it? I know they're smaller than the others and don't seem to grow normally, fluffed out feathers, anything else?

Failure to thrive is kind of a catch all term for chicks that don't grow and develop normally, with no other obvious problems that can be easily identified. Cause can be unknown and can be something that went awry internally during incubation or hatch, it's often hard to know for sure. Could also be something genetic.

Mainly they're just runty chicks that don't seem to be all there physically or mentally. Usually they're the ones that just never make it
