Any other takers for guessing here? I have a mystery chick JUST LIKE THIS and can't find anything on feather site.

Please please please. I'm dying to know what we have.

OK I will be serious now...
What color are the legs? Can you take a side view picture for us?
Can you tell at all what kind of comb they have?
The gray color of the down is just like my White Cochin chicks, they start gray and then feather out white. Obviously if they do not have feathered legs they are not Cochins.
If you have those answers we can get you closer to answer.
They are cute. I do not think they are a splash or Lavender of anything either, I think they are going to be completely white.
Also, are they standard size or bantams?
Oh, and where the heck did you get them?

I should have peeked at the ling GFF posted, they have to be White Rocks. Look at the picture of the chicks toward the bottom of the page, they come in grays and whitish/buff.
They will be good chickies!

There is no feathering on the legs. Standard size. The feet are yellow, but the legs are the same bluish/gray that her (I think it's a her) feathers on her back are. Her new feathers are all white (wings - rearend). The comb looks like a barred rock, though smaller - as in - it makes a straight line from her beak to her head (forgive me, I don't know the combs very well, I'm new to this). The underside is yellow, like the yellow on her head. Very sweet little bird. Docile and falls asleep in my hand. I would post a picture but the camera cord has gone AWOL.

I got her from a local farm that had ordered an assortment from a hatchery (I neglected to ask which hatchery) and she didn't know what it was either. My daughter and I thought she was pretty, so we took her home.
