What are these black spots on my roosters comb?

They look like peck marks

Yes, they are bits of dried blood where the roo was pecked.

Hum, my roosters have them too, but thought it was dried fermented feed.

Could be dirt.
Could be dried blood.
Could be dry pox.

I think its just peck marks. mine gets them sometimes too nothing to be worried about!

Mine have little black spots on their combs too. It started when gnats started appearing. Nasty little bugs!
