What are these growths on my Turkey?

I noticed these little bumps on my turkey. Hes the only one with them. Could it be from fighting with the others? He looks healthy. Eats wells and runs around pretty good. Doesnt look sick or anything. This year is my first year with turkeys so I'm new to alot of things about them.

Which bumps are you speaking of? His caruncles or the bumps on his head?

All are normal and hens also have them. Usually the ones the hens have are smaller than the ones that the toms have.

At the very bottom you can see little yellow dots.
