What are these insects?

I notice them in the gravel along the base of the run and coop. I first noticed them a couple months ago a few days after setting the run up. I don’t see them in the coop or on the chickens. I did notice that they jump. I’m wondering if they’re mites, fleas, termites or something else. They’re in the pictures just very small. Any ideas? Should I treat?

Google "Springtails" I think that might be what they are. If so, I wouldn't worry about them, they are a "cleaner bug" that a lot of people keep in reptile enclosures as they eat dropped food and even the feces and keep the enclosure cleaner.

I thought a wood louse, but you said they jump and I don't think they jump

Woot! I just googled "Small brown jumping bug" and looked through pictures of fleas until I found something that looked like the little guys in the picture. lol
