What are these little SOB’s... mites, lice?

I catch these little bastards in the nooks and crannies of the lumber outside the coop. Iv never seen any on the inside on their perches, spent a lot of hours day and night investigating and their never in the coop or on perch. ( I also sealed up any space between lumber inside the coop so they can’t hide in there as easy ).

However, if I come out at night, they all come out and are crawling on the wood. I kill every last one b4 they can hide again. Not an infestation at all, but their there. Their grayish to naked eye, camera comes up black some reason. No blood has ever come out of one when squished. What the hell are they? Wood mites? And do they pose a threat to my girls.

I don't know what it is, but it doesn't look like a chicken parasite. Looks like some sort of roach.

Not looking like a parasite, good news!

....looks like a type of roach, gross news. I don’t know much about roaches and kinds but that would be one TINY species of them haha
