My son noticed these on one of our girls yesterday. One looks like just a piple/whitehead. the other one looks like a scab. I wasn't able to express anything, but it wasn't a full effort as we don't know what it might be. Acting fine, no one else appears affected. Should I put some miconozole?

Welcome To BYC

Not sure what those are. Hopefully @Eggcessive and @coach723 will chime in.

Miconazole will treat if it's a fungal infection. The one on the earlobe looks like it could be a Fowl Pox lesion, but not quite.

On the face, it almost looks like a Wart. If it were me, I'd probably apply Iodine to both places and see what happens.

DO i just put the iodine on it directly at full strength? Like a drop on a Qtip and apply? Is there any egg withdrawal or anything? Thank you.

Yes, just use a q-tip, apply just to those spots full strength. Make sure to not get it in the eye. I agree with what was already said. I kind of think those may be pecking injuries. I would give them some time, see if they resolve/get smaller. No egg withdrawl needed.
