What are these two hens??

I am wondering what breed these two chickens are. Simple as that. I think the brown one is known as either a hatch or dutch... I have no idea what the white one is.

Neither is a dutch. Hatch is a type of gamefowl, and she has the look of a game, but I don't know enough to have a clue is she is a Hatch or not.

the first is a welsummer pullet/hen and the second looks like a Silver Spangled Hamburgs

I'd say they look game, Hatch? Possibly a yellow legged hatch, or a hatch cross (hatches are green, blue, or slate legged). Spangle, i would say a game as well, but no idea what.

Agree with you on the second one. I don't know anything about Hatches though, so I can't comment on that one. But the second one seems to have more of an Exchequer pattern.

Second one is too dark for a Kelso I'd say, she looks like she's a mottled bird, Kelso would be spangle (though is mostly Wheaten colored). Even if she were spangled though there are still a lot of possibilities like the Whitehackles, Butchers, etc and then there's crosses of each.
