What are these?

I found these in my hens nesting box among the poo. I broke them open to see what was inside. We do not feed scraps, only scratch and layer crumbles.

Those are lash eggs. It is expelled infectious reproductive tract material.
How old are your hens? Are any acting off? Are any having crop issues?

They are a little over 2 years old. We lost a couple of our hens a couple of months ago. Those hens combs turned pale. Our remaining hens appear healthy but aren't currently laying. They were wormed 2 weeks ago.
