I am learning so much from all these threads. Now if I hatch any goldens and I know the sex and my DH ask how I know, I can be like "look at the chest...duh" lol He'll think I'm an expert and then he'll let me have more

OK thanks for the help. He said he had both so I guess half is jumbo and the other half isn't. I also got some Jumbo Browns from him. He said that his males were 14 to 15 oz and his hens were 16oz and over what ya think about those weights? I have heard they won't. Thought I would ask on here.

If he's got birds that big does he sell hatching eggs? I ask because those weights are very hard to find if he's telling the truth. That would intell him weighing them infront of you if he can't do that then i'd bring a small portable scale and weigh them yourself. I bought a small vegetable scale that works wonders for this sort of thing
