I grew up on a horse farm...I would make better money off horses than chickens. Lol

What!??? You don't want both of them??? Guess what, free horses are usually aged and infirm and can hardly be given away. About as popular as a mixed breed mean rooster. Secretariat was put down at the relatively young age of 22 because he had painful foot problems. And if you think you can make money on horses, why aren't you? The price of buying one is the smallest part of the equation, maintenance/upkeep is horrendously expensive, time consuming. Anyway, this is Backyard CHICKEN.... Just saying...

So now, another guy wants me to take his 11 birds. Supposed to be all hens. He said he thinks they are some type of EE and silkies, but they may be RIRs....

What are they, breed/sex?

It's a deal if you don't mind spending time trying to re-home cockerels. I doubt he will allow you to take just the pullets, but it is worth asking.

I agree that the white bird with black wing patches is probably a cockerel.

The red bird at the far right, in front, with no tail, could be a cockerel. Too early to be sure.

In the second picture, the bird at the far right in back, with the eye stripe, is a cockerel for sure.

In the third picture, the red bird farthest to the right, in front of the Easter egger, has quite thick legs and may also be a cockerel.

That's all I've got. I hope it helps. Make your own choice whether to take them or not. Don't let anyone pressure you because you will be the one caring for them, not them.
