I would believe they were production red's if they weren't so huge,It's hard to tell how big they are from the pictures.They stand a full head higher than my Buff Orpingtons and they are wider,meatier than them too! especially that first big red girl she's bigger than the other 2,I'm starting to think she is a different cross than the other ones. I can at least say they aren't Calico's,they don't have any discernible barring..more like..highlighted feathers??I'm not sure how to describe. I'm going to take pictures of them later in the sun to see if I can get better pictures.

by lacewing do you mean lacing like on Wyandotte's? Hmm I would say kind of..except it's not distinct,like the lacing is more like a lighter version of their original color,and acts like speckles in random groups instead of on every feather.

I wouldn't be surprised if they are some sort of sex link. Those tend to be huge.

I guess I've always had the small ones then! because these are much bigger than any of sex-links I owned previously.

Okay I know I promised pictures of them in the sun, but I currently can't get them for everyone because I'm fighting off a sudden cold. Please forgive me and I WILL get those pictures soon the moment I feel better!

Sorry I left y'all hanging without pictures,had some health issues to correct. Hopefully these pics will make up for it. Due to the stress of moving here they molted and the biggest hen had a color change and got more black mottles all over her!!I'm starting to think by the way she stands,she kinda looks like there might be Cornish in her make up? and I'm still at a loss with the other two.They could be RIR's,Dixie's,New Hamp's or all combined! Here's how they look now.

The one looks similar to some crosses I've seen places like Tractor supply sell. The last one is a RIR.
