It is based on how many posts you have.

Golden Feather is something you can buy (or win) that show your support of this website and they allow you to do things non-members can't.

Basically the other lables are based on the number of posts you make. I know I've seen it before but can't find it right now but somewhere there is a list of how many post goes with each label. Someone else will probalby chime in.
