What are we???? Gender and Breed

Yea, Langshans also have a "U-shape" between their head and tail. That's what makes them unique. Those two do not have this.
 
naw, those are nice cochins, a roo and a hen. Our cochin hens took forever to lay, so I wouldnt sweat that too much, and on the other hand, one of our roos pretended to be a hen for a long time, and still hasnt developed the heavy roo characteristics that the others did, so maybe it is just a late blooming roo?
