what are we?! (mixed chicks batches..1 week and 6 week olds) breed?

i have no idea on the breeds (guessing crosses of something?)
all the young chicks are from one nest and are 1 week old, the older 5 are from another nest and are 6 weeks old.
also any idea on gender of the older ones? i thought the black one was perhaps a marans..but since when did marans have little tufts of feather fluff on their cheeks??

The white ones look like Delawares, and the light brown ones with them look like EEs


The older gold and black ones look like New hampshire reds or golden comets

The barred ones could be Cuckoo Maran, Barred Rock or Dominique I need better pictures to give a more definite answer.

how do you recognise an EE chick? bar a few of the white small ones and the black one, all chicks were 'chipmunk' coloured?

Usually EEs have green legs and pea combs.

theres a couple with peacombs but the majority have normal combs.. a few slate and yellow legs but also pink/whitish legs in there too....im stumped!
