hello. i have 6 chickens purchased about 3 months ago. they are getting bigger. can you all tell me if i have all girls? and what kind they may be? i have idears! They are getting along very well with my 4 other laying older girls~ thank you!

Howdy CT neighbor!

The Easter Egger rooster was one of the few I could pick out besides the reds...he's the one in pic 4 and 6 with the green legs

thats what i was afraid of. i will keep the roo~ kinda neat knowing we may have a rooster.

Does that chicken have green legs....looks a lot like my EE that is just 4 weeks old...am hoping it looks like that when grown!

The red bird with the black hackles is a roo in pic 6. The rest look pullet and I agree with the breeds as well that LindsayB posted.

Where are you seeing EE on that black and white? I see black and white mottled single comb clean face and no legs to see green those are not EE traits but are Ancona or possibly Exechequer depending on leg color which are? Are her earlobes coming in white?
Here is one of ours at 6 weeks this is an Ancona my other pullets don't have as much black in the head as this one does.. Exechequer chicks are close but don't have any chick pictures of them in this computer.We do breed both here and see this coloring with every chick.
