I agree, the one on the left is is an EE or Amerucana.

I think they are BOTH ee's-check out those legs. The pullet actually has the correct (slate) colored legs. Breed them together, you could breed up to white Ameraucanas, eventually. You will just need to breed out the co gene, that's what's turning your roo's hackles black. Breed them, and only use the pure white with slate legs for breeding. In a few generations (provided you original birds are carrying the blue egg gene) you can accomplish it. Or, you could go the other way and breed for a Columbian pattern Ameraucana (not recognized).
