OK, tonight we went to a Vietnamese Restaurant. I had Quail and Noodles w/brown sauce & pork & veggies. Then I had some choc. chip cookies w/pink icing for dessert. Then I came home and ate a slim-fast bar and some raw cauliflower. Then I will have some chocolate covered fruit. Yummy!

I used Sweet Baby Ray's original BBQ sauce. It was sooo good! I slow cooked the pork on low in the crock pot all day, from about 9:30am until around 5. Then I took it out and shredded it and put it away for dinner. When we served it, we just topped it with as little or as much as we liked. My daughter doesn't like BBQ sauce so we always leave it plain for her but I am sure you can mix it all in!
 
Potato and kielbasa soup. It's cooled a bit with a full day of rain, so soup was on the brain!

I'm not 100% sure yet. Im thinking either chicken quesadillas or beef 'pot pie', but not sure. Might change it all together, you never know! Beef 'pot pie' is easy to make, 2 cans of beef stew with a bit of water and some bisquick biscuit to top it off. Bake until biscuits are browned, yum!
