Oic, Exactly why government shouldn't be involved lol imo. It's very alien to me to be so fearful of things that are so extremely rare.

Extremely rare? It’s common if not rampant at best for backyard flocks to spread diseases to another because people bring home random Craigslist birds, free ones from a friend or picked up a random rooster on the side of the road.

Is it though? I buy and sell livestock including chickens for a living lol I don't have problems..
