What are your roos named?

We have Big Boy AKA Hembry and Little Boy. We have several others that are unnamed as we have over 80 chickens at the moment and I would forget who I named what so only my first two roosters have names.

Giant Cochin named Steele...and his girl is Addison. Meaning... and intelligent couple

I had 5 roos last year, all given away, Al for Alphalfa, Tyson, Ralfie boy, Broody (thought it was a hen-grrr) and Louie we refered to him as King Louie.
The next roo I hope is going to be Roger, they are less then a week old and one I assume is Roger was flapping his bitty wings, stomping his feet and poking me at 1 day old!!!

My boys -- checking out the small airplane flying overhead -- are Sir Buffington (aka Buffy) the Buff Orpington, and Lacey, the Silver Laced Wyandotte.

Sadly, I'm going to have to re-home my boys.

we currently only have Jimmy, our little banty roo. OH, we also have a delaware that is supposed to be a pullet, but has an awfully big comb...

We've previously had Brownie an ee roo (he was a deep chocolate brown as a chick), and Cocky Locky a slw roo.

We have an unwritten rule not to name any livestock. Because, well, it'll end up where God intended it to end up.

we have the same rule about nameing food. We name the layers, but generally not excess roos, cornish crosses, or turkeys. We've broken the rule on occasion-- examples would be "Orange Blossom" the cornish cross-- she was one of those "die jobs" and was colored orange, and "One-Eye Cornie" the cornish cross, with, well, one eye-- he was the only roo in the bunch too! The children said he was a pirate chicken LOL
