what bantam breed are these two?

Here is Clide my cockerel

Bonny in the second picture. They are about 18 Weeks. He has more white/pink legs and hers are yellow. They both have a very light feathering that has looked like its been starting for about a month now, still hardly noticable. He started crowing at 4 months, she is not laying yet.

yeah I just am thrown off by the legs. I know they are Columbian somethings. Do you know much about wyandottes? Can they get feathers on thier legs?
