They look like Cochins. Do they have single combs, beards and muffs? I ask because the middle toe doesn't look feathered on either of them, which is a BIG Cochin trait, but alot of hatchery Cochins are lacking proper foot feathering...

Buff colored one.

Lavender/blue/cream colored one.
I'm thinking this one may be a D'Uccle.
I'm afraid they may both be Roos. Their combs are coming in pretty early. They are only 3 1/2 weeks old.

I think they're both Cochins. Neither have beards and muffs, which D'uccles have (they were my guess if the chicks were bearded). The second chick looks splash to me ;)

I don't know about sex. I can usually sex my Cochins around 5 weeks old. Your chicks have big combs, but their wattles looks small and neither are particularly red. You never know!

Thanks! I'm hoping for girls :) Cochins are my favorite Bantams, and what we were trying to find among the mix of little ones in the bin. So if they both turn out to be Cochin hens, I will be one happy chick!
