What bedding do you think is best for your chicks vote

well i was wondering which bedding do you use with your chicks and why then at the end i will count up all the votes and revele! will end on the 30th of jan

ill start it shavings because they are fluffy and soft and are mostly dust free

I use pine shavings and they work great!

I use pine shavings for everything, the floor of the coop (Deep Litter), in the nest boxes, in the brooder. They're perfect, dry out the droppings, the chicks scratch in it in the brooder, and its good to put in the compost once it's replaced. Takes a while to be composted, but it's great garden cover for the winter.
